We want to organize a fundraising event to raise the necessary funds for the year.
We need to enlarge and extend our premises. We need to find ways to look at new property and start a new centre.
We want to self fund the NGO and the best way to do this is to become a social entrepreneur. Since we have been running this place for over 3 and half years now and have succeeded in doing it well, the best business is to start a Public DayCare, Nursery and Kindergarten for profit. The funds from the profit will then be put back into the centre for management and operational costs.
Administrative, operational costs are all ongoing. If we can raise enough funds on a yearly basis, we do not have to keep running all over to find sponsors and funds which takes a lot of time and effort on our side since we do not have enough manpower or volunteers.
