We want to organize a fundraising event to raise the necessary funds for the year.
- We need to enlarge and extend our premises. We need to find ways to look at new property and start a new centre.
- We want to self fund the NGO and the best way to do this is to become a social entrepreneur. Since we have been running this place for over 3 and half years now and have succeeded in doing it well, the best business is to start a Public DayCare, Nursery and Kindergarten for profit. The funds from the profit will then be put back into the centre for management and operational costs.
- Administrative, operational costs are all ongoing. If we can raise enough funds on a yearly basis, we do not have to keep running all over to find sponsors and funds which takes a lot of time and effort on our side since we do not have enough manpower or volunteers.
